1. avoiding late sleeping and try to sleep earlier than 12 midnight 
2. avoid smoking 
3. aviod using high brightness screens especially at night
4. exercise regularly ( 3 - 4 times aweek ) 
5. avoid stress and anxiety 
6. using whitening creams such as loreal and elemis cream ( daily ) 
7. using masks around 2-3 times a week
8. using green tea bags eye mask 2 - 3 times a week
medical treatment for dark circles :
consult your dermatology doctor to look out for possible treatment , anemia will be treated by supplements such as iron and folic acid for 4 weeks treatment course then redoing the test and continue the course if needed, and for medical side effects , doctor will consider changing ur current medication to the best alternative if possible, on the other hand, life style results can be treated by laser therapy but wont stop it from occering again if life style isnt changed
